Designer Sara Bar established Sara Designs in 2002, after an inspirational trip to Central America. Having studied jewelry design and apprenticed under the most prestigious jewelers, Sara began to craft a collection composed entirely of mementos from her trip. While perfecting bespoke pieces, Sara decided to test the market and sell the unique pieces as a street vendor in NYC’s trendy Soho district. As her designs grew in popularity, Sara expanded to the Union Square Holiday Market in NYC. It was here where Sara Designs gained a following from the top editors, stylists and tastemakers.
Sara Designs has grown organically from the streets of NYC to being carried by the top retailers throughout the world. Encompassing over 400 + piece collection, the popular cornerstone of which continues to be her signature wrap watches. Even so, the collection has developed to include breathtaking statement necklaces and stackable bracelets.
