Michael Rayden Retirment from Ascena Retail Group

Ascena Retail Group, Inc. announced that Michael Rayden, President and CEO of Ascena’s Justice & Brothers subsidiary and a member of the Ascena Board of Directors, has announced his retirement and will step down at the end of January 2015. Ascena has started a global search for a President and CEO of Justice and Brothers which will be conducted by Herbert Mines Associates.
