Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. today announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at Marina Pacifica Mall in Long Beach, California. The approximately 24,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in fall 2015.
The property is managed by NewMark Merrill Companies.
Marina Pacifica Mall is located at Loynes and Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Long Beach. Marina Pacifica Mall serves the surrounding Long Beach and marina communities offering 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment. Retailers include: AMC Theaters, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Hawkes & Smythe, Ralphs and ULTA Beauty in addition to many other leading retailers and restaurants.
