Cosmopolitan magazine's February 2015 issue features Kylie Jenner in “It’s Kylie’s Turn” wearing Look 16 from Vera Wang’s Spring 2015 Collection: A black wool twill bib neck pleated trapeze dress with Indian Sapphire Swarovski apron.

I don't remember if I have only thought it or actually written it in a blog post in the past.  But here is my theory for the record.  Kylie Jenner will become the most important of the Kardashian sisters.
