Moschino has signed a
lease to open a new retail unit at 73 Wooster Street in New York’s SoHo
neighborhood. The new Moschino Boutique, located between Spring and Broome
Streets, is approximately 3,700 square feet.
The edifice was
originally built in 1929 as a four story garage. The enormous scale of the
windows on the retail façade and the soaring open space on the interior are
unique for SoHo.
The new retail
concept developed by Moschino Creative Director Jeremy Scott and debuted at the
recently opened West Hollywood store will be adapted for this location. The
planned opening is set for Spring 2015.
