Amongst the largest influx of new exhibitors for some
time, LondonEdge is delighted to announce that two cutting edge fashion heavyweights
are confirmed to debut their brand new collections for the very first time.
Exciting news from
LondonEdge HQ as both Motel and Jeffery Campbell have confirmed that they will
be exhibiting at the Business Design Centre to showcase their collections to
buyers and businesses from all over the world. The team behind the LondonEdge,
which will run from 6th-8th September 2015, are over the moon to
welcome the brands to their family of exhibitors.
Returning to
Islington’s BDC for their September show, LondonEdge is the planet’s only
commercial platform for authentic, subculture fashion brands today. This
September will be the 32nd exhibition in the series of these iconic shows that
track and record the changes in youth culture, music, fashion, lifestyles and
body art.
LondonEdge’s
mission is to support and sustain the alternative fashion lifestyle market and
provide the ultimate tradeshow platform for brands industry wide. A celebration
of the cool and edgy, the show brings the industry’s attention to both emerging
and established brands that push the boundaries and represent fashion conscious
subcultures. From genuine vintage-inspired apparel to rainbow hair colours,
fresh and innovative alternative streetwear, dramatic make-up and cutting-edge
curated designers, LondonEdge never fails to deliver and they are thrilled that
both Motel and Jeffery Campbell will be joining them for their September show.
Managing Director
of LondonEdge, Carole Hunter is excited for the coming show:
“The past 12
months have seen us go from strength to strength. It seems we’re entering an
era reminiscent of trade shows back in the early noughties. It’s exciting to
have these market-leading brands recognise LondonEdge as a platform to launch
their collections so we’re thrilled to have Motel and Jeffery Campbell on board
and look forward to working with such established, iconic and fashion focussed
brands. We believe that the inclusion of these heavyweights, alongside the
battalion of other amazing collections, will attract a new breed of buyers as
well as our regulars. There’s an excitement in the air surrounding this show
and we cannot wait!”
Motel will be
taking their place amongst other established brands from all over the world to
showcase their collection of vibrant, youthful clothing. Pioneering the concept
of fast fashion for the youth market, Motel sets the pace for the style hungry
and offers unique and ever-evolving designs with an emphasis on quality.
Debuting this season at LondonEdge, Motel will be showcasing a collection of
brand new prints and designs including best-selling style and a special
collaborative collection from stand VG64.
Footwear giants
and youth culture fashion legends, Jeffery Campbell, are known for pushing the
boundaries of modern footwear and are also confirmed to exhibit. Since launching
in 2000, Jeffrey Campbell has taken the world by storm. Creators of notoriously
show-stopping footwear, this season the designs have stayed true to the brands
philosophy of creating shoes that capture the essence of the street. Jeffrey
Campbell’s ambition to “keep making girls happy worldwide” continues on stand
