Save the Date:
The Swimwear Association of Florida has announced the dates for the highly
anticipated SwimShow which will be held July 16-19, 2016 at the Miami Beach
Convention Center in the ever trendy South Beach. The 34th annual
SwimShow is the longest running and most prestigious trade show in the swimwear
industry. The event brings together the world’s most influential buyers with the
most exciting swimwear brands from around the globe.
Due to the upcoming
three-year renovation of the Miami Beach Convention Center, SwimShow will
incorporate two exhibitions halls and a newly designed area organizers are
calling “The Collection.” The condensed space required the organization to
adapt a more stringent selection process guaranteeing a more cohesive and
discerning group of exhibitors. Show organizers are encouraging returning
exhibitors to confirm their participation and suggesting new brands interested
in participating should submit their applications as early as possible.
Known as the event
that starts the swimwear season in the US, this essential show provides buyers a
warm and business friendly environment, an easy to navigate and enjoyable
shopping experience, and plenty of opportunities to network and meet with key
suppliers. As per the last several years, SwimShow is expecting to sell-out this
summer.
“Every year we strive
to make the show better than the year before. Each year we incorporate new
brands, attendees, and events and we will work to maintain and grow our status
as the biggest, best, and most important swimwear tradeshow in the world through
the renovation,” said SwimShow organizer Judy Stein. “The goal of the show is to
marry a sense of fun and success and that recipe works perfectly year after
year.”
In addition to the
4-day exhibit in the Miami Beach Convention Center, special events surrounding
SwimShow will include seminars on the latest swimwear and lifestyle trends, Swim
Lounge Happy Hour, informal modeling, an evening cocktail reception, a daily
breakfast bar and High Tea service every afternoon allowing for networking and a
slew of very special surprises!
