Ulster Weavers Announces Luxury Designers Guild

Northern Irish based firm, Ulster Weavers to launch a selection of fun- filled, creatively designed products to add imagination and colour to every home for the year ahead.

The new ranges feature a unique collaboration with iconic interior and textile institution, Designers Guild as well as a series of bold prints, striking colours and very crafty Cut & Sew range.

Ulster Weavers have been designing quality linens and home textiles for over 135 years and today export their wares globally from America to Europe, Shanghai and beyond.

Designers Guild

This range combines heritage, quality and inspiration with its exciting use of colours and patterns. It brings together Designer Guild's classic prints including Amrapali Peony, Franchini stripe and Mokuren Graphite.

Exuberant floral blooms are back in force here with vibrant shades of pink, burnt orange and yellow. Florals travel a step further into the East with ornate hand drawn motifs and  free flowing ferns and leaves- all which act as an homage to oriental gardens.

Products available in this collection include aprons, tea towels, oven gloves, tea cosies and pot mitts.

Curious Cows

Following on from last year’s sell out Dotty Sheep range, Curious Cows is being hailed as the ‘Marmite’ design of the year. Featuring an on trend luminous orange shade, which is hugely popular in current homeware designs as well as a striking cow print- it will be a show stopper in any kitchen.

Animal lovers are also truly catered for this year thanks to the Wiscombe Dogs & Farm Animals line. Bags and tea towels are designed and made in Northern Ireland and the selection of bone china mugs will brighten up your afternoon cuppa.

Cut & Sew

‘Made in the UK’ themed ranges take a creative turn this year with the introduction of Craft Designs- Cut & Sew tea towels. Featuring three adorable animals; Percy Pug, Charlie Cat and Oliver Owl- new owners are invited to cut out the template from the tea towel and stitch together to create a unique soft toy to display in the home.

The complete new collection is available from 1st February, 2016 at www.ulsterweavers.com. Prices range from £6.50 (€8.78) to £18.00 (€25.00)
