REVOLVE, the leading online retailer serving fashion-savvy millennial consumers, announced the launch of its “5x5 Swim Project”, featuring REVOLVE’s five hottest swim brands and top influencers. This collection of swimwear and summer styles are a collaboration between L*Space with Jamie Chung, Beach Riot with A Bikini A Day (Tash Oakley and Devin Brugman), ElleJay Swim with Ludi Delfino, Tularosa with Rocky Barnes, and Lovers + Friends modeled by Alexis Ren, and will launch exclusively on REVOLVE, May 11.

The #REVOLVEaroundtheworld campaign goes overseas to Jamaica, where its vibrant culture and unmatched scenery set the perfect backdrop to present REVOLVE’s strongest category of the summer season - swimwear. REVOLVE takes this as the perfect opportunity to demonstrate how marketing swimwear should be done. Shot at the renowned Round Hill Resort in Montego Bay, the #REVOLVE5x5 look book features the six influencers (with Hailey Clauson modeling Jamie Chung’s pieces) showcasing their favorite styles from their respective capsules.
"As the millennial customer continues to flee stale incumbent brands, swim is becoming an extremely important category for us and is growing at 100% year over year. Our team has curated the best selection of premium swimwear on the planet and the REVOLVE 5x5 Swim Project highlights some of the best of the best,” says REVOLVE Co-Founder and CEO Michael Mente.
The 5x5 Swim Project features five mini capsules with each ranging from 7-12 pieces for each brand. With the overarching theme “Under the Sea”, each brand-blogger pairing was tasked to interpret and design their capsules with that point of inspiration. The result is a 47-piece collection of bikinis, cover ups, and separates, with prices ranging from $50 - $188.
REVOLVE has worked closely with the Jamaica Tourist Board to create a unique and ‘grammable’ itinerary from cruising on Island Routes catamaran, to river rafting in the jungle, where the influencers will flaunt their exclusive pieces throughout social media, generating buzz, excitement, and converting to direct sales in real time. This social-to-sales business model has continued proving its success in creating a unique shopping experience for REVOLVE’s core customers.
