Most Famous Shoes

What are the most famous shoes in the world?  I hope you are not thinking in terms of shoe brands such as Louis Vuitton, Sergio Rossi, Gucci, Giuseppe Zanotti, Salvatore Ferragamo, Christian Louboutin or Giorgio Armani.  We actually know shoes that are more famous.

What about Ruby Slippers & Glass Slippers?  You must admit, they are pretty darn famous.  

Let's not forget about the old women that lived in a famous shoe...
