Sarah Von Dreele New Textile Fabric Collection

Sarah Von Dreele began her journey as a textiles designer launching her first collection in 2019, and attended her first Paris Deco-off in 2020. Sarah was set to host a pop-up event in a gallery during Paris Deco Off 2022. Although this event has been postponed, her winter fabric collection launches today, January 20th, 2022.

The symbol of Paris remains, thus, presenting her fabric launch at next week’s Paris in New York. Spread PR, Raymond Paul Schneider Consulting, and Andrew Joseph PR are curating Paris in New York at the New York Design Center January 26th and January 27th. If you’d like to attend the event or schedule an appointment with Sarah at the Lepere showroom, you can contact them for more detail.

Sarah Von Dreele discovered painting as a vehicle to create a quiet space from an emotionally traumatic experience. Through the meditative nature of making, she found herself safely contained in stillness, allowing her to process and evolve. This iterative and reflective act eventually resulted in a body of work which was foundational for the launch of the Sarah Von Dreele brand.

Upon her debut at ICFF 2019, Sarah was named a “trend-setting designer” by Interior Design Magazine, and one of Architectural Digest PRO’s “21 Favorite furnishings” from the show. She has been named an Interior Design Magazine Best of Year Awards honoree and NYCxDesign 2021 finalist for her eponymous line of wallpapers and fabrics. Her work has also won honors at the Paris Design Awards 2020 and the IDA Design Awards 2020.

Sarah Von Dreele’s line of bespoke wallpapers, textiles, and fine art originals are available to the trade, and the collection is represented across the country by Thomas Lavin, Hewn, Jim Thompson, Jeffrey Michaels, Lepere, Solid & Pattern, and Croce. Sarah received a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design in 1997. Between developing new products, painting what she sees, and keeping up with her fifth-grader, she patiently pursues her interest in learning the French language. Sarah lives and works in New York City, her home since 2002.
