LuAnn de Lesseps Wearing Birdies in the Hamptons

LuAnn de Lesseps was photographed wearing Birdies over the weekend! The Real Housewives of New York City star joined her castmates in the Hamptons at Jill Zarin's 5th Annual Luxury Luncheon fundraiser for thyroid cancer research. The former Countess paired her red and white floral dress with the Greenfinch Birdies for a stylish summer party look (www.birdiesslippers.com).

Birdies is a story of two girlfriends solving a decade long problem.  When they met 10 years ago in Manhattan, they never anticipated starting a shoe company.  In fact, it was the furthest thing from their minds.  Bianca had spent her career in advertising sales and Marisa in management consulting.  But they both had a recurring problem they soon discovered extended well beyond their network: finding slippers that were both comfortable and stylish.  And they needed slippers that kept up with their active lifestyles, from entertaining friends and family to working from home to running after their energetic kids.  And so the idea for Birdies was hatched and the company launched in November of 2015,
