The Low Cut Rainbow Jumpsuit

Miley Cyrus may be known for her wacky outfits that leave little to the imagination, but the low-cut jumpsuit she wore to the MTV Video Music Awards August 30, 2015, cloaked in rainbow Preciosa crystal components, shone even brighter than the rest.
