MAXIM Hot 100 for 2017
The MAXIM Hot 100 issue hit newsstands Tuesday, May 30th 2017 with Hailey Baldwin leading the pack as this year’s cover star. The selection process for the Hot 100 issue is an annual search for not only the world’s most traditionally beautiful women, but those who are breaking the mold and pushing boundaries. For this year’s Hot 100, Maxim Magazine looked for beautiful and bold women who use their platforms – whether Instagram or celebrity megaphone – to define and express themselves. They are actresses, athletes, musicians, and models, yes, but also brand builders, entrepreneurs, and voices of a generation. What they have in common is that they are changing the conversation in their fields, from film, TV, and music, to social media and competitive sports.
The 2017 Maxim Hot 100 is comprised of fourteen (14) categories including (but not limited to) ones of the moment such as The Sister Acts and The Baywatch Babes to The Good Sports and modern day Sirens, Sweethearts and All Stars with a collage of up-and-coming newbies featured in The New Guard and the Multi-Hyphenates (aka triple threats). Physical beauty is only one part of being sexy, how they are defining and expressing themselves is what makes them worthy of inclusion in Maxim’s Hot 100 list.
