The Importance of Balance In An Outfit

Most of us spend our lives in ignorant ways without observing anything around us. The reason for this is that we all live in our bubble of life. We are too busy to understand anyone else. But when it comes to how you dress up, most of us are expected to find a keen interest in that. It is where most of us do not observe the little details that determine our style. Balance in our outfit is one such thing. There are times when we find someone elegant and well-dressed even if they are wearing a funky top with denim. There are also times when we do not get impressed even if a person has done very well in dressing up. It is because we tend to leave the little details of balancing our outfit. It does not have a particular definition. It means that you appear as a fine and elegant figure to the person looking at you. They do not find loopholes in your personality and your outfit. It suggests that you get ready according to the occasion as well as your audience.

Everyone likes to save money here and there. And for some, saving money on weddings is more than a hobby, and a little less than an obsession. Laura Gawne and Susan Bain operate the popular websites www.Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com and TPDressContest.com.

Cheap Chic Weddings is thrilled to welcome their NEW Presenting Sponsor Quilted Northern Toilet Paper! Since 2004, the Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest has challenged creative minds from across the country to create a wearable, on-trend wedding dress and headpiece from only toilet paper, glue, tape and needle and thread. Quilted Northern® is excited to supply toilet paper that has been crafted with the highest attention-to-detail for over 100 years – making it luxurious enough for a wedding dress.

Contestants have until June 5, 2017 to submit their paper masterpieces. Top ten entries will be chosen then online voting will be open to the public.

The top ten dresses and their designers will be flown to New York City to participate in a live fashion show finale event at a fabulous Peerspace.com event space in New York City on July 20, 2017 where the top three winners will be chosen.

At the Finale Event, the dress entries will be judged by Cheap Chic Weddings founders, a representative from Quilted Northern®, a representative from Sponsor Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and celebrity guest judges Jenna Ushkowitz, Actor, Singer, Producer and Author as well as Mikie Russo, Celebrity Party Planner and Lifestyle Expert!

“We are always excited to see what our talented contestants dream up.” says Susan Bain, Co-Founder of Cheap Chic Weddings. “We can’t wait to see how our contestants will work with the meticulously designed Quilted Northern® Toilet Paper! We know it’ll be a wonderful match!” added co-founder Laura Gawne.

The Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000, the second place winner will receive $5000 and the third place winner will receive $2500.

Accessorize Your Wedding Dress

There's no wrong way to accessorize your wedding dress.

If you're still experiencing a little nervousness about picking out your bridal shoes and accessories, the people at David¹s Bridal have a few tips and ideas to give you a nudge in the right direction:

Be True To Yourself - If diamonds never were your best friend, now's not the time to hang a hefty rock around your neck. Whether you choose to dance at your wedding in Grandma's pearls or chic, diamond chandeliers, trust your instincts and feel beautiful! Don't be afraid to look at your jewelry box before you go shopping.  Is there a gorgeous statement piece there that means a lot to you? Problem solved.

Shoe-Dazzling - You don't have to wear white (or heels). Some brides choose to use their shoes as their "something blue," while others like to match their shoes to the wedding theme colors. If you're daring and want to break even further from tradition, consider wearing a fun pair of sneakers or flip flops.

Less Is More - Although it may be tempting to indulge in bridal treats, they sure can break the bank. Besides, over-accessorizing detracts from the main star of the night -- your dress.
