London Collections Men AW16

London Collections Men AW16 will take place from January 8th to 11th, 2016.  Over 70 British and international menswear designers participate.
London Collections Men Runway
London Collections Men emphasizes both the creative and commercial importance of British brands and emerging talent as well as the rich cultural landscape that contributes to the inspiration and success of this sector. All events on the schedule are designed to showcase the breadth of British fashion talent, from the world’s most innovative emerging talents to global menswear brands and Savile Row tailors.

Victoria House
For the first time this season, the Designer Showrooms at London Collections Men will be located under one roof, spanning two floors of Victoria House. This expansion of our original home aims to improve the experience of press and buyers. Victoria House will include Emerging, Contemporary and Accessories Designers, as well as continuing to house a BFC Show Space.

180 Strand
In addition to Victoria House, this season will see the introduction of a new second BFC Show Space at 180 Strand. The secondary venue will play host to shows and events throughout the Saturday and Sunday of LCM. The venue is a spacious, light-filled example of classic brutalist design – a visual contrast to the neoclassical style of Victoria House, and boasts the official LCM bar, which will act as an on-site hub for press and buyers. 180 Strand is already a fashion industry favourite, having previously played host to the 2014 International Fashion Showcase, catwalk shows by Christopher Kane and Thomas Tait and more recently, the Louis Vuitton Series 3 exhibition.

LondonEdge Returning to Olympia West, Kensington, London

Returning to Olympia West, Kensington, London, W14 from 7th-9th February 2016, LondonEdge promise a jam packed weekend of cutting edge fashion, a new layout and a freshly branded aesthetic. To mark their comeback, LondonEdge introduces their second edition of their magazine, a preview of what is to come from the epicentre of youth subculture.
LondonEdge February 2016 Dates
Following the success of their first magazine which launched as a sneaky peek at the AW15 show back in September, LondonEdge are launching a bumper issue to share the thrills and spills of their upcoming exhibition with their loyal tribe of buyers, bloggers and followers. Spotlighting key brands to the show this season, such as Banned, Disturbia, Hell Bunny, Seamstress of Bloomsbury, The Ragged Priest, Freddie’s of Pinewood and Killstar, lifestyle fashion retailers are treated to a glimpse of their upcoming collections, their heritage and a little bit about the personality behind the brands. Giving the tribe an insight into the show, brand spotlights, photo-shoots, trend highlights and fantastic interviews from the likes of Sophie Hannah Richardson, Olivia Emily and illustrator Marylou Faure, the magazine is created with retailers in mind to tantalise their buying taste buds!

Because the LondonEdge magazine gives buyers a little advanced insight into what to expect, they can better plan their trip. With a wealth of experience in the fashion trade field, the team at LondonEdge know that the more information that the buyers can access prior to the show, the more successful their visit. Not only that but the magazine offers an exclusive look at the shows latest photographic shoots which include a seductive take on the huge retro trend with ‘Dark and Divine’ plus a conflicted presentation of the angst and the cute in ‘Dark Neo v Cyber Cute – Who do you think you are?’

Managing Director of LondonEdge Carole Hunter cannot wait to share the magazine with the retail and exhibiting audience:

“We love it when a plan comes together. Even after 17 years here at LondonEdge we’re still excited to share the amazing collections, creativity and diversity available at the show. Season after season our exhibitors deliver new lifestyle collections that make it easy to buy and the magazine gets us ahead of the game. One thing is for sure – LondonEdge is never, ever boring!”

The next LondonEdge rocks up from 7th-9th February 2016 at Olympia West, Kensington, London W14. Register to visit LondonEdge at www.londonedge.com/visitors.
