PUMA launched the Ignite Your City film series on February 16, 2015.  They unveiled the new-to-market PUMA IGNITE running shoe a week prior.

PUMA IGNITE has been nine years in development, and features an innovative foam technology that makes it PUMA's most responsive running shoe.  IGNITE Foam is a proprietary foam that provides high-energy return, comfort and optimal durability. Strategically placed in the heel of the shoe is ForEverFoam, which is entirely new to the industry. This ForEverFoam compound is what gives the shoe maximum durability.

PUMA is proud to introduce IGNITE, a performance running shoe featuring innovative foam technology that maximizes energy return to keep you running longer.   Worn by The World’s Fastest Man Usain Bolt, IGNITE is PUMA’s most responsive running shoe, optimizing comfort and durability. Designed for a wide range of runners, if you put the energy in then PUMA IGNITE gives it back. 

Powering every stride is IGNITE foam, proprietary foam that provides responsive cushioning, optimal rebound and comfort.  Strategically placed in the heel of the shoe is ForEverFoam—a compound used heavily in the automotive industry.  This material creates long-lasting durability and is entirely new to the market.

PUMA IGNITE will be available in Men’s and Women’s styles from March 2015.  In subsequent seasons, additional styles will be introduced and the IGNITE line will be expanded further within the Running and Training categories.

Ignite Your City features ten global running crews as they ignite their respective cities by pushing the bounds of their run while wearing the new PUMA IGNITE. They do it for the bragging rights, to accomplish their dream run, to inspire their city's greater running community and for the joy of pushing their runs to new heights.

As part of this epic running series featuring the all-new PUMA IGNITE, Japanese runners marked the first stop with Tokyo. Five runners ran five, 5-kilometer races in five cities. To demonstrate the maximum energy return and durability of PUMA IGNITE, they did it all in 24 hours. 

Starting in Tokyo, the runners took off to Kyoto, the first stop of their run. After a quick warm-up at the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine in Kyoto, they raced through the city, logging their first 5K before hopping back on the high-speed train.

Men's and Women's Collections

Malan Breton showcased Spring/Summer 2017 men's and women's ready-to-wear collections on September 18th at 19:30 at the Freemason's hall during London Fashion Week. This season, the designer is inspired by the myth of Psyche, and the fables of the butterfly, the butterfly plays a significant part in Taiwanese indigenous culture. The collections represent a new romantic element that is enhanced by beadwork, printed silk organzas, and fusings of denim, silk, and other fibers that exude innovation and deliverance, and use his synonymous west meets east inspiration. Malan Breton incorporates these principals while maintaining highly wearable pieces that contain influence from sportswear to couture elements. Delivering a dynamic performance and overall vision for Spring/Summer 2017. The collection will feature a shoe collaboration with Michela Rigucci for women, and a new collection of Malan Breton luxury leather handbags and luggage. Buyers and retail representative guests of the show will have the opportunity to purchase the collection right off the catwalk using the Markable Application.

This season, Malan goes back to his bespoke menswear roots at a famous British Heritage line to create options for women, keeping with his strong concept of incorporating Taiwanese fabrication, and indigenous techniques.
