Tired of Black Friday
Tired of Black Friday
Are you tired of Black Friday blog posts and advertisements?
Today is Thanksgiving and we may not be sick of Turkey yet (wait until a week of eating leftovers). However, some of us may be starting to get tired of seeing advertisements about Black Friday. Yes, we understand that this is a critical shopping time for the fashion industry. And, we are definately glad to see that the apparel & footwear industry is participating. However, it feels as if we are getting bombarded by Black Friday preview advertisements (and blog posts like this one). At what point does reading about holiday sales get old...
With that said, Black Friday is obviously a good time to buy clothes, shoes, and fashion accessories. If you are looking for Black Friday clothing deals, I suggest you check out the Best Black Friday website. They have most (or all) of the ad circulars organized for easy review.
"Featured are exclusive clothing stores such as American Eagle, Old Navy, Express, Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret, and Jos. A. Bank. Exclusive clothing stores will usually offer a set percentage off of their entire inventory, so it makes the process of figuring out discounts easier. Additionally, you will find clothing mixed in from department stores, including Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Belk, Sears, Target, Kmart, and many other large retailers."

By the way, it is not only stores like Walmart, Target, Bon-Ton, Aeropostale, etc., that run fab sales for the holiday's. It is also fine luxury retailers such as Bloomingdales, and others that get into the spirit. Actually, if you want to shop today Bloomingdale's is have a Thanksgiving Day sales event.
