Is Whitney Port planning an activewear collection
collaboration with Target?
Whitney Eve Port is an American television personality,
fashion designer, and author. In 2006, Port came to prominence after being cast
in the reality television series The Hills, which chronicled the personal and
professional lives of Port and friends Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, and Audrina
Patridge. During its production, she held positions with Teen Vogue and Kelly
Cutrone's People's Revolution.
After moving to New York City to begin employment with Diane
von Fürstenberg in 2008, Port was commissioned to star in her own spin-off
series The City, which originally documented the lives of Port and companions
Jay Lyon, Olivia Palermo, and Adam Senn. After undergoing several casting
adjustments and receiving underwhelming ratings, the series was canceled in
2010, after airing two seasons. Port launched her fashion line "Whitney
Eve" in 2009.

It appears that she is now set to expand with Target on an
activewear collection.
Target has indicated that Whitney Port
designed activewear line will most likely go live this September. We have read
that Target mentioned that while Port dreamt up the collection which will be
sold on its website, it'll be slightly different from other designer
collaborations, where Target works closely with a brand to co-create a range.
The collection may include tanks, leggings, jackets, and possibly bralettes as
well.
Hollywood’s trendsetters have rapidly caught onto the
fashionable line designed by style icon, Whitney Port. Not only does the
designer display her personal style in Whitney Eve, but Aimee Song, Jessica
Alba, Rihanna, Gigi Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio, to name a few, have been seen
rocking the line.
Whitney Eve is sold at Nordstrom, Revolve Clothing and select
boutiques worldwide and online.
